Sequel to d sitting of d Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta Students' Representative Assembly (SRA) held on d 17th of March, 2016. The Judicial Arm of d Students' Union of FUNAAB was ratified subject to d list submitted by d Supreme Students' Ruling Cabinet (SSRC) and Sworn in on d 23rd of March,2016. as prescribed by d constitution of d Students' Union.
The Judicial Council FUNAABSU is an Arm of d Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta Students' Union, which is headed by d Chief Judge. The Judicial Council Major roles in d FUNAAB Students' Union are to interpret any section or part of d constitution in d first instance, and also to adjudicate on all matters referred to it by d Students' Union president, Mr Speaker, or other Council or any other person acting in places, Hall of residence, all duly registered clubs, Societies, Associations and Union members.
