FUNAABSU CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE ONE 

NAME. SUPREMACY AND ADDRESS

S.1 NAME the UNIION shall be known,called and addressed as the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, ABEOKUTA STUDENTS' UNION ( FUNAABSU)

S.2 MOTTO " PATRIOTS NEVER KEEP MUTE "

I. The Constitution shall be superior over all members of the Union ,its officer,as well as any organ of the Union 

II. The provisions of the Constitution shall be binding on any member of the Union or its organ

Iii.it shall be Amended unless the provisions under the amendment clause are fully or adequately satisfied

Iv. This Constitution is super and it's provisions shall be binding on all members of the Union save any aspect which is inconsistent with the provisions of the school rules and regulations objectives functions of the Union.
