Born in Lagos state, *Mayowa Amund*, popularly known as *_PUNCHLINE_* is a graduate of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta where he studied Environmental Management and Toxicology.
He has gained popularity with his story filled lyrics as a songwriter and a rapper. In *2010*, Punchline recorded and released a song ; *"UNAAB GIRLS"*, a cover of Chris Brown’s Deuces. The song was a smashing hit as it went viral on campus and adjoining higher institutions in Southwestern states particularly in Ogun and Oyo states.
With powerful lyrics that have become anthems on the lips of many at shows and other events, Punchline has gradually created a fan base that some "established" artistes would envy.
In *2012*, Punchline released a mix tape, *"DIARY OF A COLLEGE BOY"*. In it were hit songs like Kegite Flow, Better Pray I Don't Blow and Carry Over Music
*PUNCHLINE* is not just a master story teller and rapper, he is also a businessman. His exploits in the art he loves so much is fast becoming wanted by many music lovers and users. Despite the fact that he has been keeping a humble profile, while busy with other businesses and also writing and recording great songs, he is about to stir the airwaves with beautiful songs in days to come.
Presently, he is an ambassador of premier dance event *A Thousand Ways To Dance (#ATW2D),* _Nigeria’s number one campus dance festival held annually in Abeokuta, Ogun state_ , a brand of the *Dvibez Entertainment*.The Master Story teller is coming...... Anticipate.
