FUAABSU SRA VISITS NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Distinguished Honourables of the Students Representatives Assembly,FUNAABSU visit the National Assembly,Abuja.

 The Parliamentarians departed Abeokuta on Tuesday,22nd of March,2016 after receiving permission from the university's management and began their journey to the center of Nigeria.

 At the National Assembly,the Distinguished Honourables from the SRA,had the privilege to observe legislative sittings at both the House of Representatives and Senate.They also met with some Senators. The highlight of the visit was the tour round some parts of the National Assembly.Also,the students had an interactive session with Senators representing Ogun Central,Ogun East and Ogun West.The Senators advised the Honourables of the SRA against being used as political thugs but encouraged them to be studious. to be studious.

The visit to the National Assembly by the SRA is said to be the first of its kind.It was educating as well as fun-filled.
